I am desperate, we have NO O2 network and my WiFi calling is not working. It states I have to call O2 to activate it, while it shows in my O2 that it is activated. O2 shop has provided me with a new sims, I have reset the network, switched of my data...

WiFi calling and 4 G

My WiFi calling and 4G gets turned off several times per day. We do not have a network and rely on the WiFi calling . the shop changed the Sims, asked to reset the device and I still have the problem. please advice.
