I am trying to upgrade through my o2 app and it keeps saying “you
started checking out...” but when I click on it it then says something
went wrong . Please help

work online so I went into the o2 shop and got my upgrade instead, very
happy with my iPhone 12

I have also done this , I’m so confused as to what has happened as I
received my legal documents via email and I was about to pay for my
upgrade and the error page comes up
