Reading a bit on techradar.com and apparently EE have also not been
getting pre orders delivered. Doesn't excuse o2, but wonder if it's a
general stock issue from Google combined with sucky customer service.

Oh and in response to the complaints procedure, I'm still waiting on a
call back for one raised in July 2023, so good luck anyone going down
that route. It is good some people are getting their devices, but some
of us do seem stuck in a limbo.
