Has anybody had issues receiving there sms/email to claim this?? I
purchased eligible phone s22 on 11th July!! Phone o2 several times and
tbh they are useless any help please thanks Steven
I have seen loads of people having this issue myself and girlfriend
included!! We both have sent proof of purchase too o2 rewards I think!!
o2 have made a complete mess of this
16 days since I bought the s22!! o2 customers services is rotten its
never a UK based colleague either!! I have never received sms/email
utter shambles
