I was tempted to grab one but I can't justify spending £700+ on a phone over two years when my current phone is already better, cheaper (paid off and cost £300) and has more to it!

I tried the chat this morning at around 8:05 - got on there straight  away but the guy said I had to order via a link he sent me instead! Called 202 inn the end and did it that way!

By the time they get their business customer act together, there might be a few iPhone 6's left that nobody else wants. Quality service. Not.

I gave up trying to upgrade through O2. Evidently existing customers are at the bottom of their list of priorities.

Upgraded via carphone warehouse instead. got a better deal on the 6+,128Gb space grey (£79 up front, £53pm, 20GB) than O2 refresh and it took the whole of 5 minutes.

O2 should be ashamed of themselves.
