Yeah their tracking is a bit messed up, I just rang up DHL and they said delivery from half 5 to half 6. Happy with that

Still nothing updated in my tracking from processing. Been on live chat this morning and they said it could still take 3 weeks even though the app says estimated delivery for today. Not even had an email to say it’s been dispatched, radio silence since the order went through. So annoying as it took 3.5 hours just to order last week anyway 😒

Sorry to hear that but that's more or less what has happened with me (took me just over an hour so my pre order went through at 14:02 on the 13th).

 

Through the chat on My O2 they wouldn't or couldn't say how long I might be waiting for so I have absolutely no idea when my phone may arrive.

Chat said manufacturing issue so delay to phones , o2 tracking says processing and in transit cannot be cancelled . Hmmmmm really frustrating

I ordered my 16pm titanium silver 16:50 13th Sept

 

still says up to 3 weeks! 

hopefully arrives to o2 store next week for pick up can’t wait to get it

I was given today as my delivery date , which still shows as processing . no email or texts. I know I won't get my handset today .

I can join the gang too.  They're being guarded right now.

Now I think of it, both of these phones were delivered to home and they are both switch up orders but I didn't get an O2 recycle kit or any documentation.  I do have an email with a shipping label so I assume it's my responsibility to package it appropriately and send it off using that.  Guess I'll have to dig out some decent packaging.
