Weirdly they only appear if I select one of the shown plans, go to check out and then press edit once it's in the basket.

At least I know for sure there's plus plans available.

I wonder if work will mind me being half hour late in the morning? 😄

Hey Ben, thanks for this! I actually got a message from DHL saying that I have my parcel so I tracked it from there and it’s coming tomorrow! I guess people should check DPD/DHL

The most annoying time of the year, iPhone launch day! had my order completed by 13:02 on Friday and haven't got a dispatch email yet.. hurry up o2! got the dispatch email for my ultra watch 2, tho they said it'll be delayed 2 weeks..

@Jgrieff  I’ve got the dispatch email for both. The watch also told me 2 week but that was on the 13th September, it also went down to 2-3 days for the last couple of days and then today available for next working day delivery. More than enough time to receive your dispatch email for your phone for delivery tomorrow

Yeah, plenty of time still, just annoying getting constant email notifications and it’s everything but o2 😭

This has been the worst year I remember from o2 in iPhone pre-orders, couldn’t completed my pre-order till 6pm due to the website by broken on Friday, and since then nothing and they have even taken the view my order service down for some reason…. There is no indication from them at all as to if and when the handset will be delivered…. Absolutely shocking experience
