Also the 700mhz auction will again provide greater rural and indoor coverage than all the other higher frequencies https://www.ofcom.org.uk/consultations-and-statements/category-1/maximising-benefits-700mhz-clearanc...

But the biggest issue is those that block the siting of masts in various areas . ( even b&b owners that would benefit) https://www.southsomerset.gov.uk/planningdetails/?id=1702392TEA

I’m getting pretty much a running commentary on the Band 40 2300mHz deployment.

60 masts were activated at 08:00hrs this morning in London and some surrounding areas as far north as Watford.

Apparently it is a roaring success, already freeing up O2’s usual Band 20 800mHz spectrum. Data speeds as high at 100mbs+ have been recorded on O2 in Central London.

More deployment is on the cards and pretty soon.

EXCELLENT news all round !
