It has always appeared on my next bill until this month.
I think a little delay must have been introduced somewhere along the lines as 18 days should be enough time to action it?
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
