I have just joined o2 with my new Doro 7080 which has a wi-fi calling facility (on the phone) however, I now find that your service does not support this device so I will have to cancel my contract unless there is a way to connect it (my home is in a remote place without good reception on any mobile service). Please let me know if there is anything (eg software upgrade etc) that will enable wi-fi calling from the O2 service. Thanks. Rob Walker

@rwalker561 It would appear that according to the devices listed on this page Wifi and 4G Calling | Help & Support | O2 that the Doro 8035 and Doro 8050 are supported, but not your model. You have 14 days from the time of purchase to change your mind: Returning your device | Help & Support | O2

Best thing for you would be to do Google search to see if any network supports WiFi calling for your device. If none do, you may have to consider getting a different phone.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
