Its been 8 days since I fill out the keep my number form and sent my PAc. Did it again on Friday. Phoned o2 countless times no one answers. Phoned at 8am this morning. Gave operator my old number. then silence for next 7 minutes so hung up. tried several times throughout the day- no one answers. Tried the virtual assistant - told me to phone o2. I can't book transport or get my repeat prescription because of 2 step authentication. I have had the same mobile number for over 20 years and through several network changes. I've never had this problem before. Can anyone help me?

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this
