Is wifi turned on and are you connected to a wifi network?

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Mine stopped working a couple of days ago. It is not the software because my other sim works fine with WiFi calling (dual sim)

After ordering an o2 pay-as-you-go sim from the website - where it states - Wow - No signal - No problem you can use Wifi calling - I discover when I install the sim that I cannot use Wifi calling on Pay-as-you-go ! It's only available if you SIGN UP for a contract !

I feel as though the website has conned me into ordering a sim with a false claim of being able to use Wifi calling.

No-where on the website does it state that Wifi calling is ONLY available on a contract !

When are O2 going to give WiFi calling to PAYG customers?

Vodafone have given WiFi calling to PAYG and have even automatically updated my husband's phone software (J6 Samsung) so it works. Or will I have to change to Vodafone?

If you want it anytime soon you will need to change to Vodafone unfortunately.

No news as to when O2 will be providing this service to PAYG customers. I'll tag @Chris_K to see if he has any news?
