My new S21 arrived 2 days ago, well happy I am. Yesterday, I updated the software and in the evening the screen started blinking,later reboots itself twice, then rebooted 3rd time and stay on "SafeMode SystemUI"..
What do you guys advise, o2 has been a headache, waited to connect after 25 minutes, then "hello how can I help you and dropped off the phone"
Don't know if it is suppose to be an experiment S21..

Seems to be one of the many issues with the latest updates with Android 12 on the Samsung S21.
Samsung are supposedly working on a fix.
Have you tried to do a full factory reset on the phone?
If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

It rebooted itself again and went into "SafeMode SystemUI" just in few minutes ago.
It's too early to experience such with a new phone I think, what do you guys suggest ?

I would contact o2 and get the phone swapped out their something wrong with OS since the update, or you can try reaching out to Samsung Support as well, just in case.

Thanks mate, I got a replacement for my Samsung galaxy S21 and it's working proper 👍🏾
