How do I increase the number of rings on the phone before the answer phone kicks in

Hi 

Still having issues trying to extend to 30 seconds.

4g calling and WiFi calling are off from phone settings. But my O2 says still active.

Regretfully you have to get O2 to turn it off their end as well
