@Annie6 If you've booked your phone for repair O2 will send you a jiffy bag with a label for return already on it. It's best to wait to receive that. As today (Monday) is a Bank Holiday, you can't send it back today anyway. You will probably receive the bag from O2 in the post on Tuesday or Wednesday. When you send it back, make sure you get a receipt and tracking number.
