I cannot find a single number to find out when my delivery will take place. The app does not provide any information for my item and no emails received today (agreed delivery date)

You will only hear from O2 when your order has been dispatched. You can then track it via My O2

Thanks for replying - it is for an Xbox and no one seems to know anything. Very frustrating.
