Morning,
I went to visit Alderney in June and my data roaming was on which used data from my package, I am now going to Guernsey in November, and have been told rules have changed there because we are no longer in the EU, however it’s part of the British isles so just checking if we will get any extra charges with our data roaming on?
I called O2 on the 16th October to ask if 0148 number was free and was told it was, but I have been charged for the calls. I was not impressed x
can anyone help please

Cost of travel in Guernsey depends whether you are on contract or PAYG.
Free on contract and £1.99 per day with O2 Travel if PAYG

As for the 0148 number, what's that the code for?
These are the only free numbers on O2's list

Hope that helps and welcome to the forum.

Just to add for info, calls to Jersey, Guernsey and IOM from the UK, aren't free. Check this guide.
