I can not receive or make calls. Inbound or outbound. I try and speak to a stupid chat bot and they tell me to call 4445. I can not call or if it does work I get cut off. I test the postcode checker for signal and all is fine. I complete a new iPhone 13 pro update. I play around with all the data and phone settings. I reset the settings. Nothing.......... This is where you (02) need to step up when I have been cut off from you 3x. You then attempt to call me back which is hilarious because that is the issue.

02 you need to improve your method of helping your customers and stop with this AI BOT crap. Like many companies you rely too often on signposting and not fixing the issues for paying customers. Sort it out!

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 using the links below, they should be able to help you with this

or give them a call on 202  or 0344 809 0202

 Use Skype to call them

@kkjijiuhui

This isnt customer services as this is a customer to customer community., and no one has access to your account..

Seen as though you are PAYG, when did you last top up? as if it is redirecting you to 4445 it means you have no bundles or credit..

Best thing to do is top up, or contact o2 via social media all the details are here Guide: How to find help & contact O2

@kkjijiuhui - When you completed your "new iPhone 13 pro update", did you perchance move from a PAYG to a Contract with O2? If so, the SIMs are different, and you may have been sent an eSIM: eSIM - How to activate

Failing that, take phone(s), any SIM and e-mail/paperwork you have, and some photo identification, and head into your nearest O2 Shop for personal assistance in-store.  Good luck!

or it could be a barred phone from an ebay or facecloth purchase.

anyway, it's a rant with no info provided to help properly.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
