Amazon App & Alexa App

Hi All, 

Really random, My iphone Apps for Amazon and Alexa App dont work on wifi. If i turn off wifi and use 4g all ok.

Have deleted apps, reset wifi. cant see anything esle

PLEASE HELP.

@DJL20 Did you just delete the apps by removing them from your screen or did you uninstall and reinstall them?

Edit: If completely uninstalling and reinstalling them doesn't resolve the issue, contact Apple support:
