upgrading/sim switchover

Hello, i upgraded on Thursday and was told the sim switch to the micro sim would be automatic within 24 hours. It's now been two days and still no service on the new phone.

I tried filling in an online sim switch but they need to a text you a code. Problem is I upgraded a bit early because my old phone is completely broken so i have no way of receiving the code!

Any tips for what I should try next?

Try turning your phone off and then back on a few times throughout the day just to see if the service resets.

Worth a try.
