I ordered a iPad Pro 12.9 and it was delivered but I found it to be to big so I returned it well over a week ago but it is still showing as active on my account how do I get it taken off

Due to the current situation with Covid 19 everything is running much slower than normal. It has to be scanned back into the warehouse and then info passed to O2 so they can update your account.
You will just have to be patient. Sorry. I will give you the contact details for O2 but I'm sure if you get through, they will say the same as me
