so i ordered an o2 contract off of the website mobiles.co.uk and my monthly bill hasn’t transferred and i’m not getting any of the data or anything from what i signed up for and am still paying for my old sim only contract and this is the only thing i can use. i can’t figure out why or how to get the add ons i’m paying for my new contract onto my phone

You need to call O2 and ask them to migrate your number to the new contract

That will terminate your old contract and your next bill would be adjusted @aisha12
