I recently charged my credit. Today it says its empty so I checked my texts and for some reason O2 has taken out 10 pounds for some kind of bundle or whatever. When did I ever give consnet for you people to take the money out.

Hve you tried using it? Money is taken in advance as stated. You can call on the number I gave if you have problems

Call allowances in bundles are to standard mobile and landlines and do not include premium rate numbers or any others that carry a higher call cost than standard rate calls.
