credit that I had on my pay and go number that is now on pay monthly not showing.

when I spoke to someone on o2 live chat that helped me to get my pay and go number transthered to my pay monthly account to replce my pay monthly number that was on the pay monthly sim card when I got it in the post said that any credit that is on my pay and go account and on my o2 rewords will show on my pay monthly account when the number is transfered but it is not showing on my pay and go account. why is that?

Any credit will be applied to your contract within 24 hours.

It will show when your next bill is generated.

So do you I won't be able to see the credit on my pay monthly account until the next bill is ready and won't the credit that has been transferred from my pay and go account help pay my first bill?
