back when I was on pay as you go I do remember canseling the family bot on and I have just found that I still have a family bot on still going because I went to one of my old post on the o2 community fourm and clicked on the link and clicked on manitch my bot on and it came up as I am still an owner of a family bot on and I am still active and I still have an active member on my family bot on when I can't see now as I remember caneling the bot on and another its not showing on my pay monthly account that I have a family bot on active.

Family bolt on was PAYG only, so whether you cancelled it or not, it won't transfer to a monthly contract.

Oh OK. On the family bot on page it's doesn't say that it's only for pay and go customers as it dose menson pay monthly as well.

I know it has gone and I got told by o2 a long time ago that the custmers that have the family bit can still but the custmers that don't have wont be able to add it to there account.
