i want to cancel my contract or reduce payments as i have just been made redundant is there any way to do this thanks

Sorry to hear about your circumstances. If you are more than halfway through the contract you can lower the tariff however to cancel you would be required to pay off the remainder of the contract. One option could be to sell your phone to put towards the cost.

Depending on what contract, if you have taken out a contract in 2012/13 you wont be able to reduce this even at the halfway point.
