I am a customer who was transferred from Virgin to O2 . My bill has increased from £14 to £17 per month. i found that you are offering a tariff for 12 months with 20 GB for £8. How can I switch please?

Is that with O2 direct or one of the Comparison Websites?
You can sign up with them as an upgrade (as it's a new 12 month deal) and in the checkout say you are an existing customer. Your number and Volt benefits will carry across
