Why is the signal in Sheffield, England, Planet Earth so terrible on O2?

Particularly in more remote areas such as High Green where I currently reside? (Unfortunately)

Never had any issues on any network in High Green, or Chapeltown... 
Currently got sims for testing across all 4 networks and no problems in those areas.. 

May be the problem is more localised
