advice a already given if not enabled is "contact O2" @Kl-26 - use the link just below for Social Media, they take 2 or 3 days to respond so keep batting at them now and then, they will e-mail the bill you require to you with vat info included.
You may be warned about charges for this service, but my requests were handled, eventually, free of charge. Not VAT only applies to Airtime, not Device plan, if you are on an O2 Refresh tariff. Good luck!
