Upgrade from pay as you go to pay monthly

I got an upgrade phonecall on the 7th March and was offered an upgrade for £16/mth for 1GB data, unlimited calls and messages to O2.  I recieved my first bill which I expected to be higher as was quoted by the call centre operator.  I have checked my bill for this month which is being charged as £19 instead of £16.  How can this be resolved?

All the breakdowns should be in your myo2.

However for peace of mind if you wish speak to cs on 202.

The 3 pound off should be shown as a loyalty discount under bolt ons as my family members are on the same tarrif it took a couple of months to sort itself out but it will and the callsand texts are unlimited to any network not just O2
