I currently have a business account with a number of phones attached. How do I now split the billing into
a) business phone paid from bank account A
and
b) 2 personal phones to be paid in future via a new bank account?
Have tried the online help - no help!
Also live chat is always busy whenever I look.
Tried to make a phone call in - 30mins of wait time!!
Gurus only help with device questions.
Local store is over 1/2 hour away.
No email contact addresses that I can find to send in my questions.
Been all over My Account but can't get an answer there either .......
ARRGH!!!!!!!!!!!!
So O2 Community is my last hope, although I do feel peeved for all customers that advice on how to access/pay for an O2 service needs input from other customers rather than O2 staff. 😞
