Good evening,
I have two mobiles on my account. The second one (my son's) has run out of data and doesn't renew until December the 7th. However, as much as I try, I can only see the first phone on the account (mine). Can anyone please tell me how I top up the second phone. Having logged into MyBT, I would have expected to see a dropdown containing both phones, but alas not.

If your sons mobile is PAYG and he is on a Big Bundle, you need to contact O2 if you wish to change his anniversary date before 7th December. All numbers are in this guide Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Otherwise, as @Bambino suggested, if he has run out of data you will need to purchase a bolt on to last him until Dec 7th.
