Hi, I go on line and buy text that I can send from my PC. Once I confirm the purchase O2 immediately send an authorisation code that I type into the web page and then the text are ready to use. The cost are deducted from my pay as you go balance.
This used to work well before the new web page came into play and now it rarely works at all.
I have to go on line and speak to an advisor but I have discovered not many advisors are familiar with this online O2 feature.
This seems to be getting a regular occurrence and takes up too much time. Is there a faster way to get the authorisation codes or can you go back to the system that worked brilliantly?
