Hi,

I have purchased a Samsung galaxy watch 3 and Samsung have stated that this is compatible with 02 network through my phone. I am trying to set it up and it is asking me for a QR code or an activation code? Can anyone help me with this please? I think it has an esim built into it and I need to connect it and my phone together. I have a pay monthly sim contract with 02 currently.

Thanks,

Alana

You will need to request an esim from o2 and then connect to the service.

This is charged at £5 per month extra

Contact Details are below:

You need to call 202 from your mobile.
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling, stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.

@alana23

Watch data plans are only available in stores so you may have to wait until they reopen, unless this has changed due to lockdown, but was always the case before.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

That's only if you want to buy the watch then it has to be in store.

"Can I buy an Airtime Plan for a 4G connected Samsung Watch that I already own?
Yes. We offer a Pay Monthly sim only plan for 4G connected Samsung Watches which will work as long as you are using a Galaxy Watch Active2 4G or Galaxy Watch3 4G along with a compatible Samsung phone that is also connected to O2."

Never used to be, but like I said, it may have changed now.
