Afternoon all. Apologies if this is in the wrong area, my first post.
I've just heard from one of my local O2 stores that switch up is changing to every 3 months now. Anyone confirm if this is true?

I asked him to try, but he told me that he would get into trouble as the new terms are 'clear' in that the 90 day rule applies to everybody.
I'm pretty annoyed to be honest, my nearest O2 store is 20 miles away and it was a wasted journey. Can I end my contract early and go back to EE? At least they fulfil their promises.
What store and when, @MetRP102?
You should have been able to do it, here is the definitive status, even if you were not on a Plus Plan but just had the Bolt-On version: https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Welcome-News/O2-Switch-Up-Everything-you-need-to-know/m-p/1639384/high...

I am afraid not, as you would have to pay off the contract..
Thats is a store manager who needs the new rules reading to him, and sanctioning by o2 ..
I would also be interested to know what store it was ??

Really sorry to hear you've had these issues, as that shouldn't be happening. Could you please private message me some details please so I can bring this up internally?
Realistically all I need is the store name, but the additional bits would help me if possible

Kingston Upon Thames store is refusing a switch up. Apparently their training says every 90 days lol

Hi Chris. Just sent you a DM. I've spoken to someone in recycling who just had the training and they're being told it's 90 days for everyone

Sorry for the late reply. Both Lincoln and Scunthorpe stores have refused, stating that the training they have received says every 90 days.
I genuinely feel as though I was mis sold my contract because of this!
