Hi,

I recently upgraded to a 5GB tariff with you guys and this included a free subscription for Sun+. I was sent a code via text for this but accidentally deleted it.

 

Can you please get my code re-sent to me to allow me to sign up to this?

As we are all customers here like you please contact customer services on 202 from your phone.

Check your email inbox as it seems the code can be sent as a text and or email.

"When you join or upgrade, we'll text you a link and a voucher code. All you need to do is register your details and download the Sun Mobile and Sun+ Goals apps onto your tablet or smartphone. Make sure you sign up as soon as you get your text, or email so you don't miss a single goal."
