Still bad signal since march, o2 still mending mast. Been going on in scartho for months. Had no signal at all yesterday for a while. Been with o2 for over 20yrs and this is the worst its been

O2 are aware of the issue already.

Sorry, we're currently working on a phone mast in this area.

We've carried out some repairs but we've still got more to do. You may experience some trouble with your calls, text and data. We will update you by Friday 10th August 2018.

Updated 13:05 (refreshed hourly). Recent faults might not show yet.

A complaint is definitely the way to go. If the phone is unusable then push to leave any contract without penalty.
