Hello again

I would like to set zero monthly spending cap. I have tried to call o2, messaged them on twitter and Facebook but no response. I am unable to find any option to do this on my o2 as I am a new customer.

Could anyone please help me.

The best number to get through seems to be
0800 587 4005

Call at 8.00am
