Hi all.
Is the SIP protocol blocked by default on Mobile Data?
I can connect to my home VOIP server from my phone whilst on the local LAN and also on the separate internet connection in the house (so I know it works ok), but as soon as I switch to mobile data, the extension will not register.
Is this a permanent block, or something we can contact o2 Customer Services about and ask them to remove the restriction?

Hi @Martin-O2, many thanks to you (and everyone else) who took the time to reply.
That's a nuisance, as it doesn't even allow me to connect "locally" if I have connected via VPN to my home network either, so it's definitely stopping the SIP protocol.
