@NeilPatterson voicemail help here but if the shortcodes don't work from abroad, you will need to call customer services.

I'm not sure customer service can set voicemail up from overseas  Its always advisable to do this before leaving the UK obviously. 

If you are outside the EU you will pay twice for a voicemail, once when they leave the message and once when you listen to it and at £2.00/min it works out expensive  Calls are rounded Up to the nearest minute

@NeilPatterson You can try customer service, but unless you really need to access your voicemail, I'd leave well enough alone and save yourself some money.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2
