When receving my new s21 ultra after an early upgrade i didnt recive any head phones or a charger plug is this the new pratice to give out phone in witch is not usable as all older devices dont have the same plugs or head phones?

Hi @S211,

Samsung no longer supplies headphones and chargers with phones to minimise the impact their products have on the environment. 

How did you process your upgrade? If you did it online, the website does remind you to add a charger to the basket as Samsung no longer includes them.

What about the impact the plastic back has on the environment? I'm very disappointed with this, doesn't feel like a premium phone any more.
