I’ve received email about restrictions on my account. They asked me to pay my monthly balance in full. I’ve done it but I’ve got few questions :

1) why it took so long to put my service back to normal
2) why o2 stopped me from calls, text? I should call to hospital about my appointment but I can’t do it because o2 restricted.

This is crazy service. Every time I’m thinking about to leave o2. One day I’ll do it

They don't take long to restrict service

Everything is automated so don't take it personally, it happens to everyone a few days late with payment

You need to call O2.

All numbers are in this guide

You can use Skype from your PC to call the free numbers if you have no phone available

Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:

When you call, you will be asked for the reason you are calling,

Stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.

Press 2 for Everything Else

Press 5 for More Options

Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.

Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

8am is the best time to call

This is crazy. 2021 and I should call through the Skype. I’m even haven’t got it.why should I call to them. Why they can’t hire more Indians to solve all this problems. Why online chat never works. I don’t remember any day when I have a chance to speak with agent online.

@gloom50977

It's quite simply a case of paying your bill on time and you won't have any issues.

It's the same for everyone.

If you have difficuties in paying, you need to ask to speak to Payment Management to set up a payment plan.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

I have got payment problems. I’ve changed my bank. And haven’t got any chance to pay from my new bank because o2 app shows me that I’ve already paid. But how it can be paid if my old card doesn’t even exist. This is o2 fail not mine
