Recurring bolt on

Anonymous
Not applicable

Apologies if this has already been asked.

After a recent upgrade, I have now lost my previous existing recurring monthly 5gb UK data bolt on for £5.

The tariff I was previously on, was changed during the upgrade.

Do o2 still offer this, or has it vanished to the great deal graveyard in the sky?

Disappointed to have lost it, given I chose the equivalent tariff, or as close to it as I could in terms of cost/inclusive allowances.

Thanks,

Bryan

It's possible that bolt on has been withdrawn, all the present ones are listed here: https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/tariffs/bolt-ons

Not sure @Anonymous

Here's O2's list of available bolt ons

https://www.o2.co.uk/shop/tariffs/bolt-ons/ I would imagine if you had 5gb recurring.. and then upgraded, that one may no longer be available

When you upgrade you change tariff and go onto a new one and the old one is cancelled.
However, as far as I know a 5gb tariff is still available on refresh...

MI5 - thanks for the link, but previously, I had a 1gb data allowance with a 5gb bolt on, which actually worked out financially more beneficial than the current 5gb tariff.

It does appear that o2 have removed this option, in favour of a less favourable VFM bolt on selection. Ah well, lets see what they can arrange via the phone.

Not heard of that option tbh. How long ago did you take that deal?
