I ordered a 12mth contact Sim on Monday and am still waiting for my order to be processed. I have tried the Chat support (to no avail).
I have also called Customer Services 3 times:
1st time : I was told as it was a new order for a new customer that they could not help???
2nd time : I was told that my order was with the referrals team and they would email by the end of the day
3rd time : I was told that my credit check had gone through successful but my order was with the referrals team, I waited for 20 minutes whilst the person tried to contact the referral team only to be told that their system was down and I need to call back in 2 hours.
My contract with my current provider as due to run-out and if this issue is not sorted very soon I will need to renew my current provider and this new O2 contract will need to be cancelled.
I'm seeing LOTS of people having poor customer service from the O2 referrals team - any advice....

Looks like you should contact the sales team as they can help with that – message them on Social Media if that works best for you -on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG)

Thanks, I'll give the social media route a try but I'm not hopeful. I've already tried calling sales but was told that as I was not placing a new order, they could not help me, I needed to contact customer service if I wanted help with an existing order !!!!
