Hi. On the phone to O2 at the weekend I was offered O2 basic. Not sure at the time, now I want to switch. How do I? I have tried calling 4445 but no option suitable. Please help!

You will need to contact O2 customer care direct. It's by invitation only and they are the only people that chan change it for you.

Never heard of O2 Basic before, it sounds a very good idea and maybe use of it should be extended.
