O2 account

Not applicable

I got a new phone a while ago and changed all the information on my O2 account but when I try to log into it it just takes me to the old disconnected one. How do I solve this problem?

Your new account will have a new login.
Details of which will be on your emails. The login is your email address that you registered to the account and the password is sent separately by email.
You can change the password once logged in if you wish.
Customer services can tell you your password if you don't have the email.

Have you tried using a different browser, in case you are seeing cached information from your old account in your current browser?

Sometimes, clearing your browser's cache and any cookies related to O2 websites can help.

Failing that, as advised elsewhere on this thread, it's "contact O2 time", by phone or, if you can get logged in, by web chat.

After all, you can still log-in to the Community Forum, it's just the myO2 side of the website that's playing up on you.

Just a thought so don't shoot me dead (or there again maybe that would help) but if the OP signs into the original My O2 on a PC, would he be able to link the accounts by clicking on the bring in other products? Only the mobile number and email is needed.

I think it might work, but they still need the password for the new account as it asks you to log in to authorise the merge.
