I am being charged 4.99 every day for O2 Travel, even when I do not send messages or make calls from my phone. My data is also disabled. What is going on?

For international roaming there are from my understanding of the system 3 options For consumer Pay monthly Customers
1 No o2 travel with default Caps on data (eu rules) eu £43 for 935 mb or £40 for 50mb non eu
2 No o2 Travel with enhanced Data cap (can switch between 1 and 2 monthly ) EU £120 for 2.6GB or £120 for 200mb non eu
3 O2 Travel based on country visited either free (promotion) £1.99, £3.99 or £4.99 Opted in as default (on refresh Tariffs) can be turned off
If this is incorrect please feel free to advise me
For business customers it is o2 travel in the EU and World Pass outside the eu
