O2 Recycle Payment

I recently upgraded to the S20+ and recycled my old phone however I am being told the payment is going towards my O2 bill not into my bank as I selected... can anyone help on this???

It would show in the adjustments section once your bill has been produced.

It will show as a minus on your next bill.
