Number change problems (o2 to o2)

I recently initiated a number switch from my company business contract to my new pay monthly personal contract. This was done on Monday of this week. It is now Friday (much more than the 48 hours they said) and it still seems incomplete. When I receive incoming calls on the number I am switching to both my company phone and me new phone rings, but when I try to make calls or the new contract the caller is shows the number I am switching away from. My o2 also still shows the wrong number still...

I am not able to get the o2 call centre robot to connect me with a human based on my query so not sure what to do.

Any thoughts?

settings/phone/my number

change to correct number and reboot the phone

Call customer services on 0800 587 4005 and press anything to get through (upgrades and fraud tend to work).
When you get a person you can explain the issue (sounds like a split port/number move)...
