Phone ordered “next day” for delivery on Saturday.
it arrived in Edinburgh depot on Saturday morning and has been advised there by DPD every day since. Except for a short period today DPD said getting ready to deliver. And then went back to “it’s at our Edinburgh Depot” just after 2pm.
Even DPD customer service can’t get through to Edinburgh depot on the phone as they aren’t answering and now bounced the non-delivery back to O2 for their investigations team.
I don’t think you need 3 guesses to work out what’s happened - and now I’m waiting on seeing what O2 are going to do about my order. #notholdingmybreath
